Governance

The HUGE Partnership is a UK-registered charity (No 1153640) governed by the Charity Commission. We submit annual reports and accounts, all available for public inspection. We operate under Charity Commission guidance and procedures with a complete set of policies covering Code of Conduct, Financial Controls, Risk Management, Safeguarding, Complaints, Social Media, Conflict of Interest, Trustee Expenses and Volunteering. Policies are reviewed regularly and available on request.

The charity works closely with the NCLC NGO through weekly reporting via the Senior Management Team (Headteacher, Community Officer and Richard Batten). This ensures oversight, transparency, and alignment with our aims.

Richard Batten and Mel Brandon visit each term to support operations, governance, safeguarding, and review progress in line with the current School Development Plan (reviewed and updated annually).
